Aspire Oxfordshire is an organisation that provides specialist support to refugees and migrants throughout Oxfordshire to find employment, training, work experience, or education. They offer direct services, such as Work-Based English for Speakers of Other Languages (WBESOL), and also work in partnership with other specialist agencies across Oxfordshire to understand and respond effectively to the needs of each individual, particularly in respect of their journey into the workplace. Aspire continues to be active, either as a Lead or Partner organization, in funded programs specifically designed to support refugees and migrants throughout Oxfordshire. Current cohorts include people who have come to set up a new life in the United Kingdom from countries such as Syria, Iraq, Iran, Afghanistan, and Ukraine.
